Considered the oldest family name in Chicago pizza, Lou Malnati's is as rich in history as its pizza is in flavor. The first iteration of Lou Malnati’s came to being in 1971 in the Lincolnwood suburb of Chicago, and has since expanded to over 60 locations in the Chicagoland area, all known for their decadent deep dish pizzas.
