Smoky Mezcal Margarita

All good drinks start with a fancy glass...run a cut lime around the rim and roll in smoked sea salt. Then, shake 2 ounces mezcal, 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice ¾ ounce orange liqueur triple sec. All drinks end with a great garnish - I like a simple lime wheel for this clean cocktail!

Add some extra ice cubes, if desired. Place a grapefruit or lime wedge (or both) on the rim of each glass to garnish. Serve immediately.
